Introduction

A startup tech services company providing ride sharing services wanted assistance in implementing their24/7 customer service team along with pbx, and to find the best crm systems to create, manage and resolve tickets raised the by clients.

PROBLEM

Need to develop a team of trained and experienced customer service professionals, to handle customer queries and grievances. Find the best pbx and crm systems and integrate them to create a proper workflow and get the entire process up and running.

SOLUTION

Train and develop an able customer support team and simultaneously communicate the clients to find and document the exact requirements with every details. Research on existing and established companies operating similarly and implement the best possible solution.

IMPLEMENTATION

An Account Manager was assigned to the project, using Agile methodology to ensure efficiency. The tasks included researching and selecting compatible softphone services and CRM systems, hiring and training customer service professionals, and developing training manuals for various scenarios. The CRM and PBX systems were configured to support the workflow, with all steps documented for easy understanding and future edits.

VERDICT

The entire process was completed to the satisfaction of the client and it was proved that by the efficient use of agile method and team work such a large magnitude project could be completed with perfection within the stipulated time
