Client from hospitality management sector wanted to setup a reporting structure which will highlight the weekly, monthly and yearly performance of each properties and employees individually.

PROBLEM

The company had never implemented a reporting structure before and needed to develop a comprehensive reporting system. Additionally, they required the creation of a Power BI system capable of generating accurate reports from the data provided by various teams.

SOLUTION

Setup accurate reporting and design and develop spreadsheets and power points to process and manipulate data as desired.

IMPLEMENTATION

An expert in MIS and reporting was assigned to the task, supported by a finance professional and an HR professional. The goal was to create an accurate and user-friendly reporting platform that all employees could use to submit reports. This involved developing and maintaining necessary spreadsheets, Power BI dashboards, and PowerPoint presentations tailored to the requirements of each executive office. Additionally, the system was automated to generate reports from the collected data, ensuring efficient and consistent reporting across the organization.
